- Advanced System Diagnostics - (covers more difficult to discover computer problems - usually combined with a partial repair or work around)
- Repair software/hardware problems
- System "tune up" (for systems running slower than they should)
- Update and/or "Refresh" system files

- Basic System Diagnostics: $30 Flat Fee (free with repair work)
- All other Computer Repair and Maintenance work:
- Phone/Remote Support - $30 hr
- Standard support - $40 hr (We'll pick up and drop off your computer for free)†
- "House Call" (We work on site for you) - $50 hr
- Emergency Call Surcharge - $25
- Monthly Service Plans Available (Call for Pricing)
For weekend/after hours rates, simply add $15 to any rates/fees specified above
